“I had my first opportunity to work with DigitalLife3D, when we worked together to build a model of a Caribbean reef shark. This project was so successful, and DigitalLife3D were so supportive, that we have now gone on to build three other models together and have many more in the pipeline! The highlight of working with DigitalLife3D has been these continuous support both during and after the completion of each project. They strive to not just achieve perfection in their work but are also more than happy to keep sharing and collaborating long after the project is over.”

“DigitalLife3D visited The Sea Turtle Hospital at Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC), located in the heart of South Florida. While visiting the Center, DigitalLife3D used the Beastcam technology to take images of a few of LMC's sea turtle patients, including Scallywag. After stranding and having suffered injuries from a shark bite, Scallywag was rescued and brought to LMC to recover. DigitalLife3D photographed our turtles through a seamless process; the team was supportive and explained every step of the process to various visitors, volunteers and staff. Upon completion, LMC was provided with a 3D model of Scallywag, which we are able to incorporate into our educational ocean conservation programs. We look forward to continuing to work with DigitalLife3D on future educational marine science projects.”

“Digital Life 3D visited Perth Zoo in Western Australia for a week in July 2018, taking photographs of a range of species from big to small. We were very excited to have Duncan and his team work on creating a digital model of Bakari, a Southern White Rhinoceros. Their work and attention to detail in rendering Bakari true-to-form was remarkable, helping Bakari expand his work as an ambassador for rhinos worldwide. Duncan was extremely sensitive to the requirements put in place by the Zoo team to ensure animal welfare remained a priority and was very flexible working in a complex environment. We were pleased to collaborate with Digital Life 3D as it allows our animals to advocate for their conservation of their species on a global stage.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Duncan Irschick and one of his PHD students on a study involving both mako and blue sharks. During that engagement I was provided access to the Caribbean reef shark, created by The Digital Life team, which I thought was extraordinary. It was a view and an experience that was unique and wonderful to see. This mako shark is no less impressive. The work by Robert and the team is wonderful and the Atlantic Shark Institute was happy to be a part of it”.
